High-volume campaign texting.
Clear control over the work.

For years, co/efficient sent hundreds of millions of messages across polling, voter contact and public affairs, using several outside texting platforms. So the team building co/nnect already knew which features operators actually use, what slows them down and what they wished other platforms did better.
We stopped adapting our work to someone else’s software and built the platform our own operators wanted.
Every stage of high-volume texting lives in the same workspace.
Lists stay organized inside the platform, with counts and project history close at hand.

Total contacts, active lists and recent imports sit at the top of the page.
Filters for GOTV, persuasion, donors, volunteers, survey and internal lists.
Each list shows the projects it was used in and when it was last touched.
SMS, MMS and video sit inside the same project workflow.
Operators can review the copy, attached media and test-send control in one place.
HD video plays right inside the voter’s text messages, up to 30 seconds.

What co/nnect handles while the operator is setting up a send.
Before a list comes in, co/nnect shows how many contacts are sendable, opted out or invalid, and which custom fields are in the file.
Operators filter a large universe right in co/nnect, including on modeling scores, instead of cutting and uploading a new list for every segment.
Custom fields work right in the message composer, and the preview shows how the message reads for each combination.
Each audience group can get its own copy and creative inside one project, instead of splitting the list into several campaigns.
SMS segment counts are calculated for you, even when personalization makes messages different lengths for different people.
A cost estimate and the top area codes in the audience show up before the send, not after.
The numbers an operator checks during a send, in one dashboard.

Messages sent and volume over time.
Delivery rate, delivered and failed.
Reply and opt-out rates.
Suppression and automatic pauses keep a person in the loop.
The platform manages suppression alongside contact lists so operators can see who should no longer receive messages.

Certain anomalies trigger an automatic pause. Projects paused for more than two hours generate a Slack alert.
Replies and past projects remain accessible in the same workspace.

Listed in one place, searchable and sorted by most recent reply.
Replies and opt-outs sit beside each project, with recency.
AI tagging organizes incoming responses around questions the team needs answered.
"Is this person supporting the candidate?" becomes a column.
Each tag shows the reply and the question behind it.
Undecided voters who raised taxes, exported as a list.
